For bookings made through any booking channel, please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided on the respective channel where your reservation was made.

For Direct Bookings made through our website, phone, or message with our company, the following cancellation terms apply:

1. Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 5 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. No charges will be incurred.
   
   
2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 4 and 2 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
   
   
3. No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time are not eligible for a refund.
