We offer a straightforward fee structure with just two components: a one-time onboarding fee and a clear, competitive commission rate. Unlike others, we pride ourselves on clarity and simplicity.
For the first three months, we offer an introductory commission rate of just 17.5%, compared to the standard 20%. This ensures that you, as an owner, experience top-notch service without any hidden costs. Should you decide to cancel during this initial period, you can do so with confidence, knowing there are no additional charges. After the initial three months, if you continue with us, the commission rate will revert to the standard 20%.
Additionally, we are committed to transparency regarding any unforeseen costs that may arise from hosting international guests. Our goal is to minimize and manage these expenses proactively. If any costs do occur, we will communicate openly and promptly to ensure you are informed and can make decisions with full awareness.
